Communications funding resources

Following is a synopsis of possible funding sources for research and creative projects in communications. It is a starting point for those looking for help in finding funding sources outside and within the university. This is not an exhaustive list but offers resources that are likely to be recurring.

The information given is edited copy from Web sites and is intended to offer a quick picture of what types of funding various foundations might offer. For more extensive information and to check for any updates, please visit the sites themselves (note the last time updated above). Keep in mind that most foundations change their funding priorities every few years or after big events such as 9/11 or Hurricane Katrina.
