ICR: An Artistic Interpretation

In ICR's educational philosophy, new trajectories rupture disciplinary boxes and hackneyed paradigms, along the interpretive circle. The explosion of new worlds comes from faculty and students. Or, in generic terms, the four classic traditions (political economy, language, social psychology, and the cultural/historical) converge into one axis as always; but there's a fifth indicating fresh trajectories along the way. What appears as a commnications satellite or CD ROM is contextualized within ICR's comprehensive multidiciplinary program. Critical interpretive studies is the axis now, as empirical research, psycholinguistics, and cultural studies have served that role in ICR's history.
