Meinrath & Pickard Win Awards for Paper on Net Neutrality

ICR students Sascha Meinrath and Victor Pickard's paper "The New Network Neutrality: Criteria for Internet Freedom" won the Top Student Paper Award for the Law & Policy division of the International Communications Association. The paper also received a writing competition award from the Access to Knowledge Conference sponsored by the Yale Law School's Information Society Project, and will be published in the autumn issue of the International Journal of Communication Law and Policy.
